Doors will open at 5:30pm, dinner starts at 6:00 pm ( if you are dining with us)
Investigation will be from 7pm to 3am.
Arcadia Academy, constructed in 1846, boasts a rich history spanning over 150 years. During the Civil War, it served as a Union hospital, and subsequently, it operated as a girls’ school administered by the Ursuline nuns until 1971. Renowned for its architectural significance and stained glass windows, the Academy has since transitioned into a private residence.
Notable former residents include Bob Hope’s daughter and Fidel Castro’s niece. The academic curriculum for the girls was characterized by strict regulations, with the only exception being during recreational periods. Following 1971, the sisters established a daycare center, where numerous children received instruction from the nuns over the years.
